1) Please put your agenda out on your desk where I can see the signature. IF YOU ARE 25-29, HIGHLIGHT YOUR STEMS AND GIVE RESPONSE JOURNAL TO ME! BRING YOUR CHARACTER MAP TO ME (THE ONE DUE TODAY) WITH YOUR NAME ON IT! PUT YOUR SCIENCE FAIR TITLE AND PROBLEM STATEMENT ON YOUR DESK. Part I: On your white board, write your answers: 1) Solve 8.2 - 7.68 2) Use rounding to estimate 17.9 + 209 + 12.1 3) Use benchmarks to estimate 8.71 + 12.6 + 13.27 (show your work!) 4) Draw a comparison line and bar model for: I ate 279 fewer donut holes last week than I did this week. I ate 326 last week. How many did I eat this week? How much do I weigh?
Part II: 1) Get a new map from the front stool! Use your social studies book (page 372) to label (spell correctly), the states for next week. 2) Then complete pages 567+568 in your skinny math book if you didn't yesterday! Part III: 1) Work on the power builder Distributive Property worksheet in your red math folder. 2) Make a responsible decision.
